What GHRP-2 is

GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is a synthetic growth-hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin / growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor, described in the literature as stimulating pituitary growth-hormone release and increasing appetite. It was the first drug of this class introduced clinically. In the United States it is sold only as a research chemical and is not FDA-approved.
