Pro and Trade are monthly subscriptions that renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Trade access — including wholesale supplier names and contacts — is for your own business use and may not be shared, resold, scraped, or republished. We may require business verification for Trade accounts and may revoke access for misuse (with a pro-rated refund where required by law).
You retain ownership of what you post and grant us a license to display and moderate it. Reviews and scam reports are human-moderated; we may decline, edit for compliance, or remove content. Scam Watch submissions must be truthful and documentable.
Ratings, rankings, and verification are never for sale and are not affected by advertising, affiliate, or partner status. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled. Vendors who advertise get no influence over editorial outcomes.
The site and its data are provided as-is without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms (material changes announced to members by email) and may suspend accounts that violate them. You may stop using the site at any time.
