Before you apply
Two things worth knowing, because they save us both time.
You are probably already listed. We list and score vendors from public data whether or not they ask us to. Applying does not get you into the directory — you are already in it. It changes what you can do with your page.
Membership cannot buy a score. Not a rating, not a rank, not removal of anything we have published. If that is what you are after, this will be a disappointing process and you should not pay us.
What we check
Every applicant is reviewed against the same five points. We decline applications that miss them.
- A documented business. A registered entity, or a trading name with a verifiable operating history.
- A working way for customers to reach you. We test it. An address that bounces or never answers is a fail.
- A published refund or returns policy on your own site.
- COAs available on request for the products you sell.
- No unresolved Scam Watch flag. If there is one, we will tell you what it is and what would resolve it.
A declined application is not a penalty. You stay listed and scored for free, exactly as before, and you can reapply once something has changed.
