Telehealth / GLP-1 cost comparison
Telehealth · for patients · updated July 2026

What GLP-1s actually cost through telehealth right now.

Real published prices for semaglutide and tirzepatide across the major licensed providers — and the regulatory shift that's about to change them. Prices move with promotions; always confirm on the provider's site.

Not medical advice. We compare pricing of licensed services; we don't prescribe. Separate from our research-peptide index, which is lab-use only.

The compounding window is closing. The FDA declared the semaglutide shortage over in Feb 2025, and on April 30, 2026 proposed removing GLP-1s from the 503B bulks list — the legal basis for mass compounding. Hims announced in March 2026 it's phasing compounded GLP-1s out. If you're on a compounded plan, have a transition plan; brand-name via insurance or savings programs is the durable path.

Frequently asked

Why do two providers charge different prices for the same drug?
Different pharmacies, different bundling. Some quote a low drug price and add a monthly membership (Mochi's $79/mo); some bundle everything flat (Henry Meds). Always compare the all-in monthly number, the same way our peptide index compares price per mg.
Compounded vs. brand-name — what's the difference?
Brand-name (Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound) is made by the original manufacturer and FDA-approved. Compounded versions are made by licensed pharmacies and were legal at scale during the shortage — that legal basis is now being wound down. Compounded is cheaper; brand is the stable long-term option.
How does this site make money on telehealth?
Where a provider offers a referral program we may earn a commission at no cost to you — those placements are labeled Sponsored and never change the comparison data or order. Pricing comes from published rates and cited sources either way.
