What this page is: a citation list, not a claim. Every study on file for TB-500 is preclinical or a review of preclinical work. None of it describes an effect in people. We publish the model on every entry because that is the detail marketing copy drops first.

Every paper below studies thymosin beta-4, the full-length 43-amino-acid protein. Much of what is sold as 'TB-500' is the shorter LKKTETQ fragment, which is a different molecule. Research on the protein is not automatically research on the contents of the vial - confirm from the COA which one a product contains.

Regulatory status: TB-500 is not an FDA-approved drug; the FDA lists 'Thymosin beta-4, fragment (LKKTETQ), also known as TB-500' among bulk drug substances that may present significant safety risks (Category 2) for compounding, page content current as of 04/22/2026.
